Terms and conditions for registering at Yumi Language Academy.

1) A place may not be reserved until all entry requirements have been met.

2) To confirm the reservation of a place, an annual non refundable enrolment fee of 20.00 Euros is required. No reimbursement of this fee will be made in the case of cancellation.

3) The annual non refundable enrolment fee is to guarantee a place on a course and for access to all resources, materials and our online learning platform.

4) Payment is a monthly subscription and must be paid one month in advance between 1st and 10th of each month. 

· Monthly invoices will be sent by email on the 1st of each month.

· Monthly fees can be paid by bank transfer, card payment, cash or Bizum. We do not accept direct debits.

· No refund can be made due to illness or absence.

· 30 days notice is required to cancel if a student chooses to leave a course.

· Additional charges apply when enrolling for examinations. These are set by the examining body and include an administration charge of 25.00 Euros.

5) Every student is required to fill out a personal detail form. Parents and students are responsible for providing us with up to date personal information, including contact numbers, email addresses and allergy information.

6) Parents must give prior consent for pupils under the age of 14 to walk home alone or to be collected by another adult.
